If you find your package tampered with or damaged at delivery, please:

  • Take photos/video of the parcel

  • Refuse delivery OR

  • Contact us immediately


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times.
If the package is undeliverable due to:

  • Wrong/incomplete address

  • Customer not available

  • Phone unreachable

The package may be returned to us. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
