1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

To be eligible for return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, undamaged & in original packaging

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags

Items NOT eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to incorrect installation, mishandling, or usage

  • Products without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Clearance/Sale items (unless defective)

Note: Customer must record videos of the product and packaging opening as a proof.


2. Replacement Policy

A replacement may be offered:

  • If the product is damaged or defective on arrival

  • If the wrong product is delivered

Replacement Terms:

  • Replacement request must be made within 24 hours

  • Product must be returned with original packaging

  • Replacement depends on stock availability

If replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit will be issued.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The returned product passes quality inspection

  • Replacement is unavailable

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after approval

Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Store credit may be offered in certain cases.


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before the product has been shipped/dispatched

To request cancellation:

Orders cannot be cancelled:

  • After dispatch/shipping

  • For made-to-order/custom items once production begins

If cancellation is approved:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days

For prepaid orders, cancellation charges may apply.


5. Damage During Transit

If the package arrives damaged:

  • Take photos/videos of the outer box & product

  • Contact us within 24 hours

  • We will arrange return/replacement as applicable


6. Return/Replacement Process

  1. Submit request via email/phone

  2. Provide videos as requested

  3. Our team evaluates request

  4. If approved, pickup or return instructions will be shared

  5. After inspection, replacement/refund is processed


7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized / made-to-order items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged/defective)

  • Used, installed, or altered products


8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the order returns due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Phone unreachable

Reshipping charges may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) may be processed after deducting shipping costs.


9. Installation Responsibility

Many lighting products require professional installation.
Damage due to incorrect installation is not covered under return/replacement.
