No, our professional will not unmount any appliance like TV, AC, shelves, wall hangings, ceiling lights, chandiliers etc. Only basic fixture unmounting & mounting will be included if that required for our job.
Yes, Abzzo prices include the cost of all materials, delivery and installation.
A normal room of (14*15 ft) will require 3-4 hours for lighting installation. Any cutting or complex design may require higher time. Exact duration of work will be suggested during site visit.
Yes, they can be installed over any ceiling or wall surface including tiles, plywood & drywall POP, Fall Ceiling. Installation for these surfaces will be done using clips to ensure seamless installation.
All panels come with 2-year product warranty.
Any service/work taken apart from Abzzo quotation will not be covered even if done by Abzzo partner offline : Example - ceiling framing, repair, replacement etc. Any material procurred outside Abzzo will not be covered in warranty e.g. plyboard, sunboard, panels, wires, bulbs etc.
In the event of post-service issues, we ensure that either the same lights are installed as replacements or, if unavailable, similar lights with matching specifications and performance are used. This ensures seamless compatibility and consistent quality.
